Franklin International Business School (FIBS) was established on Oct. 2022, as a Registered education institution by Dr. Franklin Easter Dumbari who is the president and Dean, to address the growing need of Superior High Quality Post-graduate studies in the Field of management science.
The aim of FIBS encompasses the training of corporate executives, senior managers, career professionals, Entrepreneurs, and also aspiring organizational managers in private and public sector to become greater managers for their respective organizations, through quality and advanced business and management education.
FIBS is being established to extend the frontiers of excellence, creativity and innovativeness to prepare scholars and managers with adequate theoretical and practical competences for meeting the immediate and future need of business organization, industries and SME’s in an ever increasing competitive global economy.
FIBS maintains a strong industry focus in its academic and administrative operations, in a bid to bridge the competency gap required to produce creative, innovative and flexible workforce for organizations in modern dynamic working environment.
