Lecturers, facilitators and resource persons for the various courses offered by FIBS are carefully selected through screening process to get the best qualified personnel for the job. All faculty members and facilitators are professionals with Relevant Academic & Practical knowledge, thus FIBS teaching Staff are drawn from relevant faculties in universities, industries and relevant institutions across the globe to get the appropriate qualified professionals, that will deliver the needed theoretical and practical academic content of the courses offered for the overall benefits of FIBS students globally. Ibrahim Mallam Fali was born in Damboa Town, Damboa Local Government Area, Borno State, in the northern region of Nigeria, West Africa, on October 20, 1986. He obtained a Master of Science Degree in Accounting in 2020 at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy in 2014 at the University of Maiduguri; and the National Diploma in Banking and Finance in 2005 at the Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri, all in Nigeria. He is a Chartered Accountant (a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria), an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), a Certified Professional Forensic Accountant (CPFAcct), a Global Ambassador of Sustainability (GAoS), and an African Ambassador of Climate Change. He was a recipient of the Undergraduate Scholarship Award of the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2010, the Leadership Award by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Abia State, Nigeria, in 2014, and the Award of Sponsorship for the Young Professionals Development Trust (YPDT) by the New Nigerian Development Company (NNDC-YPDT) in 2015. He is a lecturer at the Department of Accounting at the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, where he has been teaching for the past six years. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting and Finance at the Federal University of Kashere, Gombe, Nigeria.

He earned MBA degree major in HRM & Marketing from Bangalore University, India under Indian Govt. Mandy ilenikhena Omozele is a Nigerian who resides in the city of Warri, Delta State. She is the Creative director of Tomaz events, an event planning company. She is also an administrator who specializes in human resource management and administrative technology, and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications including organizational applications, accounting software, communication skills and recruitment. She graduated from Madonna university okija, Anambra state in 2016 with a degree in Business administration. While in school, she volunteered in various academic capacity and gained awards for her exemplary academic performance and leadership skills. She has also gone on to aquire other professional qualifications in project management, customer service relationship management and human resource management from the project management institute (EGCL).

He is a trained researcher and statistical analyst with bias in social and environmental psychology, quantitative research, instrument construction and development and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). He has worked as a Programme Officer at the Trade Policy Research and Training Programme, University of Ibadan; and also, as a Publication Officer and Assistant Manager at the Nigerian Economic Society (NES). He served at NES as the Desk Editor of the Society's Journal – the Nigerian Journal of Economic and Social Studies (NJESS); he managed portfolios of very senior management of the Society, organized many research programmes and served in various national and international committees. EMU Bright Chineye is an HR professional with over 6 years of experience in the oil and gas sector of Nigeria. She holds a Masters degree from in Human Resources from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and an Msc in Business Policy from Rivers State University, Nigeria. Her focus is on recruitment, talent management, human capital development, workforce planning and business policy. She is a chartered member of CIPD UK and an associate member of CIPM Nigeria.

My name is Vulley Jane Margaret, I am a Chartered Accountant and an entrepreneur. I help individuals and organizations improve and understand their finances while maintaining integrity and have the right mindset for success. With my experience in Entrepreneurship I developed the skill to teach and communicate properly the skills required for the growth of a business with focus on the Finance and Marketing.
I graduated form Bells University of Technology, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2016, 2 years later I became a Chartered Accountant with ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria). I am passionate about helping individuals improve their finances and learn to leverage them in a profitable manner. I have managed and trained a team of over 50 partners in sales and marketing. Dr, Saroj Kumar Dhal is teaching Sociology at University of Lucknow. Before teaching at Lucknow School of Sociology, he was associated with Symbiosis International University. He earned a P.G. degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University and M.Phil. in Anthropology from University of Delhi and Ph.D. in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics. He has visited California State University, U.S.A, National University of Singapore, Kyoto University and Doshisha University of Japan to present his research papers. He has published many research papers in various journals and edited books. He has also actively involved in various research projects funded by ICSSR, UGC and other International Institutions. His research interests include Migration, Diaspora, Gender,Labor, Development, Tribes and Civil Society.

Dr.J.Somasekar received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUA, Andhra Pradesh, and M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal. He is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, JAIN University, Global Campus, Kanakapura, Bangalore. He is also a Post-doctoral Researcher at University of South Florida, USA. As a Resource Person, he has delivered 145 Technical talks for AICTE/ ISTE/UGC FDPs, Workshops, Webinars, STTPs in 12 states of the country and Keynote speaker for seven International events. He got an all India Rank of 43 in the GATE exam. He has 16 years of experience in teaching and 6 years of experience in research. He has published 25 research articles in leading journals indexed in SCI & SCOPUS, conference proceedings, two international textbook chapters and author for text book on Algorithms. He has 235 citations with an h-index of 9 for his research publications. He is the reviewer for reputed international journals /International Conferences and session chair for international conferences and Guest editor for three Journals. He was also a visiting professor for the Data Science and data analytics PG program at Kannur university, Kerala. Currently, he is guiding 6 Ph.D. research scholars in the CSE department.
